Judicial Council of California -
Report examining effect of SB 678 and its impact on California Criminal Justice System. Report utilizes the Implementation of Evidence Based Practices: Annual Assessment Survey and it has indicated SB 678 has been highly successful in increasing levels of Evidence-Based Program implementation throughout California. Judicial Council Recommends considering opportunities for replication of SB 678 model to address specific challenges posed to the criminal justice system.
The Judicial Council is the policy making body of the California courts.
